South East Asia

The Land of Smiles

Thailand is a great place to start an adventure in South East Asia. We started ours in Bangkok last year and couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Asian culture.  White sandy beaches, clear blue sea and cloudless skies dominate Thailand's identity, but one will quickly realise that the dense jungles, bustling night markets and extremely open and welcoming locals, make Thailand much more than just a beach destination.

We think of Thailand as a gateway to South East Asia because of its easy (and cheap) accessibility to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Perhaps because of this, we also see Thailand as a home from home, and we can't stop coming back! Whether it's sun, sea and sand you're after, or an immersive and exotic culture shock, or perhaps something in between, Thailand has it all.

Due to the recent boom of tourism Thailand has enjoyed, there are well established routes to take through the country and a wide variety of transportation services, which makes getting around extremely easy. Day trips and activities are also in abundance, whether you're an adrenaline junkie, nature lover or island hopper, there is something for everybody here!
